The red wine is produced among the 52 hectares planted with red grape varieties, the cultivation of the vines being carried out in a sustainable way. Aging is carried out in Bordeaux barrels (30% of which are new wood), for 15 to 18 months depending on the vintage. The 2016 is notably made from a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot.
